Brief: The SPDR Dow Jones REIT ETF tracks the Dow Jones  U.S. Select REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Index, providing broad exposure to the publicly traded United States market REITs, owner/operators of commercial and/or residential real estate having a minimum total market capitalization of $200m, and deriving at least 75% of its total revenue from the ownership and operation of real estate assets.

Objective: Intends to achieve investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT Index.
